  • 3 large white onions
  • 1 large red onion
  • 1 leek
  • ¼ bunch parsley
  • ½ cup 62g flour
  • cup 111g semolina
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper

  • 3 medium eggs
