What You’ll Need To Make Tajin Tortilla Chips

This recipe ingredient list is short, sweet, and simple. To make it, you’ll need:

  • Corn tortillas: This is the ideal recipe to use up leftover corn tortillas.
  • Avocado oil: If you don’t have avocado oil, use your choice of cooking oil.
  • Tajin seasoning: You can find Tajin at most grocery stores – and certain at Mexican or Latin American grocery stores. 
  • Garlic powder
  • Sea salt

Serve These Chips With:

Eat any leftover chips within a day or two for maximum freshness. Store in an airtight container.

Ingredients

  • 8 corn tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil
  • 1 teaspoon fine grain sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons Tajin seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Cut each tortilla in half and each half into 3 equal-sized pieces.
  2. Place tortilla pieces in a large mixing bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and garlic powder. Place tortilla pieces on a greased baking sheet. Sprinkle with Tajin.
  3. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes, until the tortillas are crispy and golden brown.
  4. Eat leftover chips within a day or two for maximum freshness.
