Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, mix the tomatoes, onion, and peppers.

    3 cups tomatoes, ½ cup onion, ½ jalapeño

  • Stir in the cilantro.

    ¼ cup fresh cilantro

  • Add the lime juice and the salt.

    1 tablespoon lime juice, ½ teaspoon Kosher salt

  • Mix well.

  • Chill for 1 hour. Serve chilled or at room temperature.

Notes

Give it a good stir before serving.  Serve chilled or at room temperature.  It will keep in the fridge (covered) for 3 to 5 days.
