Juicy Burger with Gochujang Sauce! Learn how to make delicious, juicy and flavorful burgers at home on your stovetop!

Burgers might be something that I enjoy making more at home versus buying at a restaurant. I especially love grilling burgers but when it’s too cold out. .  like it is now (we are supposed to be getting 4 inches of snow and are under a winter weather advisory and they have already cancelled school for tomorrow so my kids are super happy- ha!), you have to make the burgers inside on your stovetop!

Juicy Burger with Gochujang

The burger recipe and tips comes from Alex from The Defined Dish. Follow her recipe for how to make the patties and what to do, which will yield a great, juicy burger!

I love my burgers with a little heat so I highly recommend you try my Korean gochujang, Korean hot pepper paste, sauce. You also have to add some kewpie mayo. I add a mixture of gochujang, honey, sesame oil and splash of rice vinegar. Hope you try this and let me know what you think!
