You could make 36 on the small/medium side. This is a large batch dinner roll recipe, but you can easily half it to make 12-15 rolls. It's the PERFECT Thanksgiving rolls recipe because it makes a lot, and it goes so quickly once you learn how to roll them out bakery style!
