Oatmeal is my favorite way to start the day.
Whether I’m enjoying protein steel cut oatmeal, oatmeal blender pancakes, banana bread overnight oats, or this decadent baked oatmeal, I always feel ready to start the day when I eat oats.
It’s so fun to experiment with all the ways to eat oats, so I just had to share this variation, my take on baked oatmeal.
There are two versions of this recipe: one with blended oatmeal and another with whole rolled oats.
I prefer the blended version because when the oats are baked, it almost feels like you’re having cake for breakfast!
